By registering and using the Mydelivo platform as a Driver, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Mydelivo.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment relationship.
You are solely responsible for:
Your own taxes
Insurance
Expenses (fuel, maintenance, etc.)
Compliance with all applicable laws
As an independent contractor, you are not entitled to:
Wages or salary from Mydelivo
Overtime pay
Workers’ compensation
Health insurance
Retirement benefits
Unemployment insurance
You have full control over your work, including the right to:
Accept or reject any delivery request
Set your own schedule
Work for other companies or platforms
Determine how deliveries are completed
Mydelivo does not control or direct how you perform services.
Mydelivo is a technology platform only and does not provide delivery services.
All delivery services are performed solely by you as an independent Driver.
You are solely responsible for completing deliveries safely, legally, and professionally.
As a Driver, you agree to:
Complete accepted deliveries in a timely and professional manner
Communicate clearly with customers
Handle all items with reasonable care
Follow all traffic laws and regulations
Maintain a safe and roadworthy vehicle
Mydelivo may utilize third-party identity verification providers to assist in verifying driver identity. However, Mydelivo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any identity verification performed by such providers.
You agree to comply with all applicable:
Local, state, and federal laws
Traffic and transportation regulations
Licensing and insurance requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to perform delivery services.
You must not transport any illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.

You are responsible for verifying, to the best of your ability, that items do not violate this policy.
You must maintain at all times:
A valid driver’s license
Current vehicle registration
Active auto insurance that covers delivery activities
Mydelivo does not provide insurance coverage for Drivers.
You are solely responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to items during delivery
Any accidents or incidents that occur during delivery
Any injuries to yourself or others
Any legal consequences arising from your actions
Mydelivo is not liable for your actions or omissions.
Mydelivo is not responsible for verifying the identity, background, or qualifications of any Driver beyond the use of third-party verification services.
Mydelivo does not guarantee:
Any minimum number of delivery requests
Any level of income or earnings
Earnings depend entirely on your activity and accepted jobs.
You will receive payment for completed deliveries after confirmation by the customer.
Mydelivo deducts a platform commission from each transaction
Payments are processed through Stripe
Payout timing depends on payment processor policies
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.
You are solely responsible for:
Reporting your income
Paying all applicable taxes
Mydelivo does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
You are responsible for all equipment and expenses, including:
Vehicle purchase or lease
Fuel
Maintenance and repairs
Mobile device and data plan
Mydelivo may suspend or deactivate your account at any time for:
Fraud or dishonest activity
Safety concerns
Repeated complaints or poor performance
Violation of this Agreement
Mydelivo reserves full discretion in such decisions.
You do not have authority to:
Represent Mydelivo
Enter into agreements on behalf of Mydelivo
Bind Mydelivo in any way
You agree to indemnify and hold Mydelivo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Your delivery activities
Your use of the platform
Violation of this Agreement
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mydelivo is not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income or opportunity
Any damages arising from your use of the platform
You may stop using the platform at any time.
Mydelivo may terminate this Agreement or your access at any time, with or without notice.
Mydelivo may update this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Mydelivo may, at its discretion, utilize third-party services to perform identity verification or background checks on Drivers. Such checks are conducted solely for platform safety purposes.
Mydelivo does not guarantee:
The accuracy of any background check or verification
That any Driver is free from criminal history
The ongoing validity of any verification
Drivers acknowledge that approval to use the platform does not constitute endorsement or certification by Mydelivo.
