How we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. For drivers, we also collect vehicle information, driver's license details, SSN (encrypted), and insurance documentation.
To create and manage your account. To facilitate delivery transactions between customers and drivers. To process payments via Stripe. To verify driver identity and qualifications. To send transactional notifications (job updates, payment confirmations). To improve our platform and services.
We take security seriously. Sensitive information such as SSNs are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we never store full card details on our servers. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only when necessary: between customers and drivers (phone numbers after job claiming) to facilitate deliveries, with Stripe for payment processing, and with law enforcement when required by law.
Photos uploaded for job descriptions and delivery confirmations, as well as driver documents (insurance, license), are stored securely in cloud storage. These files are accessible only to authorized parties involved in the transaction or platform administration.
We use session cookies for authentication purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, if enabled, are used solely to improve platform performance and user experience.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. To request complete account deletion, please contact us through our contact form.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes even after account deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
