Mydelivo is a technology platform that connects customers with independent delivery providers (“Drivers”).
Mydelivo does not provide transportation, delivery, logistics, or courier services and does not operate as a carrier. All delivery services are performed exclusively by independent Drivers.
All delivery arrangements are made directly between the Customer and the Driver.
Mydelivo is not a party to any agreement between users and does not assume responsibility for:
Delivery performance
Delivery timing
Item condition
Completion of services
Drivers on the platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Mydelivo.
Mydelivo does not control how Drivers perform services, including routes, methods, or schedules.
Mydelivo does not direct, control, or supervise Drivers.
Drivers independently:
Accept or reject delivery requests
Determine how deliveries are completed
Manage their own availability
Mydelivo facilitates payments as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of Drivers.
By placing an order, you authorize Mydelivo to:
Collect payment from you
Deduct a platform service fee (typically 10–20%)
Transfer the remaining balance to the Driver
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.
Mydelivo does not operate as a bank, money transmitter, or escrow service.
Mydelivo does not take possession, custody, or control of any items at any time.
All items are handled solely between:
Customer → Driver → Recipient
Mydelivo does not guarantee:
Delivery completion
Delivery timing
Driver availability
Condition of items
All services are provided at the user’s own risk.
Users must not request or transport any illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.

Mydelivo does not inspect or verify package contents and is not responsible for any prohibited items transported through the platform.
By using Mydelivo, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Treat all users respectfully
Customers are responsible for:
Properly packaging items
Ensuring items are legal to transport
Providing correct pickup and delivery details
Mydelivo may assist in resolving disputes as a platform facilitator only.
Refunds may be issued at Mydelivo’s discretion in cases such as:
Delivery not completed
Significant service issues
All refund or dispute requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery being marked complete.
Orders may be canceled at no charge before a Driver claims the job
After a job is claimed, cancellation may result in:
A partial refund
A cancellation fee
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mydelivo is not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage of items
Personal injury
Delays or failed deliveries
Actions or omissions of Drivers or Customers
Mydelivo’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.
Mydelivo does not provide insurance coverage for deliveries.
Drivers are solely responsible for maintaining valid insurance and complying with applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mydelivo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the platform
Any delivery activity
Violation of these Terms
Mydelivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:
Fraud or illegal activity
Safety concerns
Abuse of the platform
Violation of these Terms
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Mydelivo may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Mydelivo collects and processes personal data to operate the platform.
